Cancer awareness is the key to early detection and better health-seeking behaviour. Cancer is quite common in both developing as well as developed countries, but awareness is yet poor among the general population. Poor awareness may lead to poor uptake.

Cancer is a disease in which some of the body's cells grow uncontrollably and spread to other parts of the body.

    Objectives of the Cancer Awareness Program. Create cancer awareness and remove the stigma and fear attached. Help people recognize the early signs and symptoms of cancer, thus enabling them to seek treatment at an early stage.
